October 8, 2016- Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership in partnership with the Urban Poor Associates held the culminating activity of the Kaya Natin Maging Mabuting P.I.L.I.P.I.N.O. Good Governance Education Program in Barangay Gaya-gaya, San Jose, Del Monte Bulacan. Kaya Natin volunteers taught the kids the value of good governance and how they can be good Filipino citizens.
Through the generosity of National Bookstore and Jollibee Foods Corporation, we were able to distribute 150 sets of school supplies and lunch to our beneficiaries.
Kaya Natin Maging Mabuting P.I.L.I.P.I.N.O. Good Governance Education Program was conducted for four consecutive Saturdays from September 17, 2016 to October 8, 2016. With the help of our dedicated and passionate volunteers and kindhearted donors, we were able to reach out to 150 kids of Barangay Gaya-gaya.
