KN School of Leadership and Governance Graduation

Leadership is not in born but can be learned.

Kaya Natin’s School of Leadership and Governance recently held the graduation of 30 young legislators last September 6, 2017 at the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines (UP-NCPAG).

School of Leadership and Governance or SLG is a fellowship program participated by young local government officials all over the country and aims to develop and enhance them to become an effective, ethical and empowered public servant. Leaders attended a two-day seminar workshop every month at the University of the Philippines- National College of Public Administration and Governance where they are taught by Kaya Natin’s Champions about certain topics on good governance as well as their experiences.

KN believes that these young legislators would serve to address their several local units’ social problem in a more innovative and effective manner and base on the learning they gain thru the program. Kaya Natin’s SLG is organized by Kaya Natin Movement, in partnership with the Friedrich Neumann Foundation (FNF), National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL), and Alliance of Leaders of Empowering Communities (ALEC).
